This privacy policy describes how CertCrush, published by JGS Software (a division of JGS Cloud Compliance LLC), handles user data across its certification study applications.
None. CertCrush apps do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. The apps have no backend, no API, no database, and no analytics pipeline for normal use.
CertCrush apps store study progress locally on the user's device using browser localStorage or equivalent WebView storage. This local data can include:
This data remains on the device unless the user clears app storage, uninstalls the app, or uses in-app reset controls. It is not transmitted to JGS Software or third parties.
CertCrush apps do not require account creation, login, registration, or email submission to use their core study features.
These apps are intended to operate without advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, social login, or remote user profiles. If a future version changes data handling, this policy will be updated before release.
The study experience is designed to operate offline once the app bundle is installed. External links, such as privacy policy or terms pages, may require an internet connection.
Users can delete locally stored study data by using the in-app reset control (if provided) or by clearing the app's storage through device settings.
CertCrush certification-prep apps are intended for adult learners and professionals. They are not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Because the apps do not maintain user accounts, direct notification may not be possible.
