These terms govern the use of CertCrush certification study applications published by JGS Software (a division of JGS Cloud Compliance LLC).
CertCrush apps are independent educational study tools designed to help users prepare for professional certification exams. They are not official products of the certification owners unless explicitly stated otherwise.
CertCrush is a study aid only. It does not guarantee that a user will pass any certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond the app.
The apps aim to align original study content to the published objective domains or exam guides for the applicable certification. Content is provided "as is" without a warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular outcome.
Your purchase or download grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices for your own educational purposes.
Unless otherwise indicated, CertCrush content is the work of JGS Software and is protected by copyright. Certification names, vendor names, and exam marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and nominative reference only.
CertCrush apps are designed so study progress remains on the device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Refunds are governed by the platform through which the app was purchased or distributed, including Google Play or Apple's App Store policies where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JGS Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss, exam failure, or lost opportunities.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
